• booking details, including dates, selected motorhome and related requests
• agreement information for digital signing, including booking reference, vehicle information and signing status

We process personal data to:

• respond to enquiries
• manage booking requests and agreements
• send and administer digital rental-agreement signing
• manage customer communication and follow-up
• meet legal obligations such as accounting and contract administration

4. Legal basis

• Legitimate interests when responding to general enquiries.
• Contract or steps before entering a contract for booking requests and rental.
• Legal obligation when applicable law requires storage or processing.

5. Retention

• General enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months.
• Booking information is retained for as long as needed for the agreement and administration.
• Signing logs and agreement records are retained as needed for agreements, follow-up and legal claims.
• Information covered by statutory retention requirements may be kept longer.

6. Recipients

We share personal data with service providers that process data on our behalf, including Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery and eSignatures.com for digital agreement signing. These providers process data under data-processing agreements or equivalent terms.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, are used where required.
