Rental terms
Low season offers flexible stays of 2–6 nights or full weeks. During high season, from 12 June to 23 August, only weekly rentals starting Friday, Saturday or Sunday are available.

1. Rental period
- Weekly rentals run Friday–Friday, Saturday–Saturday or Sunday–Sunday.
- During low season, shorter stays of 2–6 nights may be booked with a flexible start day.
- Pick-up is at 15:00.
- Return is no later than 12:00.
- Pick-up and return take place as stated in the booking confirmation, in the Järna area.
- Parking for one passenger car is included during the rental period.
2. Season and pricing
- High season runs from 12 June to 23 August.
- Short stays of 2–6 nights are only available during low season.
- Special-event pricing may apply to short bookings on selected public-holiday weekends.
- Prices are set for each motorhome and shown in the booking flow.
- For bookings of two or more weeks, a SEK 1,000 discount applies to every additional week.
3. Booking and security deposit
- Once a booking request is approved, a preliminary confirmation and payment instructions are sent.
- A SEK 4,000 security deposit is paid according to the booking confirmation.
- The booking becomes final when the deposit has been paid and the rental agreement signed.
- The deposit is refunded after an approved return in accordance with these terms.
4. Payment
- The rental amount may be paid by Swish at pick-up or by bank transfer in advance according to the booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- A bank transfer may take one or two banking days to reach the rental company.
- If the agreed payment has not been registered by pick-up, the rental company may refuse to release the vehicle. Cancellation charges may then apply.
5. Cancellation
- The deposit is refunded when cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the rental starts.
- The paid deposit is retained when cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the rental starts.
- The 30-day rule applies to the deposit.
- Any rental amount already paid is refunded when cancellation occurs before the rental begins.
- After the rental has begun, unused rental days are normally not refunded.
- If a trip is interrupted by a technical fault not caused by the renter and no replacement vehicle can be provided, unused rental days are refunded.
6. Driver requirements and restrictions
- The driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid licence for the selected vehicle. An international driving permit may be required depending on the issuing country.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The vehicle may be used in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
- Travel outside these countries requires written approval before departure.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- A SEK 1,000 charge applies if the smoking ban is breached.
7. Return
- Cleaning and toilet charges apply if the return requirements are not met.
- On return, floors must be free from gravel and dirt, surfaces wiped, the kitchen cleaned, and the toilet emptied and cleaned.
- Handover and return are documented with a checklist and photographs.
- The windscreen and front must be free from insect residue that affects visibility or vehicle condition.
- The vehicle is supplied with a full fuel tank and must be returned full.
- Late-return charges apply.
- A delay exceeding two hours is charged at SEK 1,000 per started day.
- Additional costs may be charged if a delay causes expense or affects the next booking.
8. Mileage, fuel and LPG
- 1,500 kilometres per week are included.
- Additional distance is charged at SEK 25 per 10 kilometres.
- One LPG cylinder is included for rentals up to one week; two cylinders are included for longer rentals.
9. Fines and charges
- The renter is responsible for congestion tax, fines and parking charges incurred during the rental.
- Any such charge received later by the rental company is re-invoiced to the renter.
10. Charges for deviations
- Vehicle not returned with a full fuel tank: actual fuel cost plus a SEK 200 handling fee.
- Interior not cleaned and/or toilet not emptied: SEK 1,000.
- Return delayed by up to two hours, no later than 14:00: SEK 200 per started hour, maximum SEK 400.
- Return delayed by more than two hours: SEK 1,000 per started day.
- Distance exceeding the included allowance: SEK 25 per 10 kilometres.
11. Insurance
- Comprehensive insurance is included in the rental price.
- The insurance excess is SEK 4,000 per damage event.
- The excess applies to compensable damage under the insurance policy.
- The renter must immediately contact the rental company in the event of damage, theft, breakdown or another incident.
- The renter may not order or perform repairs, recovery or other measures without approval.
- Normal wear is not charged, but damage beyond normal wear may be charged.
- The renter pays for punctures and tyre damage arising during the rental.
12. Technical faults and breakdown
- In the event of a breakdown or technical fault not caused by the renter, the renter must immediately contact the rental company and follow its instructions.
- The same applies to a water leak or moisture damage arising during the rental.
- The rental company is responsible for reasonable assistance, recovery and diagnostics.
- If the fault cannot be remedied within 24 hours, an equivalent replacement vehicle will be offered where available.
- If no replacement can be provided, unused rental days are refunded.
- If the renter caused the fault, for example through incorrect fuel, negligent use or use contrary to instructions, the renter may be charged under the agreement and insurance terms.
13. Force majeure
- The rental company is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, such as extreme weather or government decisions.
- In such cases, rebooking or a refund of amounts paid will be offered in the first instance.
